FSSB AGM - 24th March 2025

Invitations will shortly be issued to members to vote in the FSSB Annual General Meeting on 24^th March 2025 on the following resolutions:

 To approve the minutes of the AGM 28^th Dec 2023

1. To receive and adopt the Society and its subsidiaries’ accounts to 30^th June 2024;
2. To approve the appointment or re-appointment of our auditors subject to an assessment of their value for money.

The voting deadline for these resolutions is the 24^th March 2025 at 12.00 am
 
Members have submitted additional resolutions which will be considered at the AGM. 

Members can decide and vote on these additional resolutions at the AGM using an online polling tool.
 
The formal Calling Notice for the AGM, which will take place at 7.00pm on 24^th March, is attached to this article.

Questions may be submitted in advance by emailing secretary@fssb.co.uk and these will be collated by the Secretary, with consolidated and written replies to be made available in due course.
