The Football Supporters’ Society of Bury Limited (“FSSB”) Annual General Meeting 2025

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of FSSB will take place on Thursday
18th December 2025 at 19.00 hours.

The meeting will be held in person at Starkies Event Space, Gigg Lane, Bury, BL9
9HU and also available to attend online via Zoom (or similar conferencing platform).

Attendance in person at Starkies will be limited to 90 places due to the permitted
capacity of the room.

All FSSB members will receive the full formal notification of the meeting, along with all associated documents, in advance of the AGM.

The AGM meeting will be conducted in accordance with Standing Orders approved
by the FSSB Board, which comply with guidance issued by the Football Supporters
Association a copy of which is available to view on the FSSB Website.

Membership Deadlines

For the FSSB Board election, only memberships activated before 17:00 hours on
Tuesday 18th November 2025 will be eligible to vote.

For the AGM, only FSSB memberships activated before 17:00 hours on Monday 1st
December 2025 will be eligible to vote.

Memberships will remain open until these deadlines but will be closed before voting begins.

To prevent potential misuse of the membership system during this period, the
monthly membership option will be suspended, with only annual memberships
available. The monthly option will be reinstated following the conclusion of the
election and the AGM.
