Football Supporters' Society of Bury - Election Results 2025
As communicated at this evening's online Special General Meeting (SGM), Andrew Madaras the independent scrutineer and Chair of the Election Committee has confirmed the following three nominees have been elected to the FSSB board (in alphabetical order):
1. Gareth Castick
2. John Raftery
3. Jon Wiggans
Six nominations had been received for the three Board positions. One candidate withdrew during the election period leaving five nominees to contest the three Board positions. The election was contested over a 21-day period (Wednesday 5th February 2025 to Wednesday 26th February 2025 ).
During the voting period 1849 ballots were issued and from the eligible voters, 1125 ballots were returned which was a 60.8% turnout. Ballot papers were issued digitally and vote returns processed online by Mi-Voice throughout.
The votes cast provided the following vote share results (in vote total order):
