2024 Re-Scheduled AGM

Further to the announcement on the 15^th December 2024, the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Football Supporters’ Society of Bury (FSSB)  has been re-scheduled and will  now take place on Monday 24^th March 2025  via Zoom (or similar online conferencing software).

All members will receive full formal notification of the meeting and associated documents before the AGM.

Joining instructions for the AGM will be released to members a few hours before the meeting on the 24^th March 2025 .

Once again, all votes will be recorded electronically in advance of the meeting via the secure online voting system previously used.

• We will ask you to approve the minutes of the previous AGM (28^th Dec 2023)
• We will ask you to receive and adopt the Society and its subsidiaries’ accounts to 30^th June 2024
• We will ask you to approve the appointment or re-appointment of our auditors subject to an assessment of their value for money

Memberships will remain open to sign-ups, but to enable the AGM vote to be initiated, only memberships activated prior to 5pm on 7^th March 2025 will be included in this vote.  This means that new members joining FSSB after this point, will be unable to vote at this AGM.

A Live Q&A will not form part of this AGM. On this occasion, the ”live chat” messaging function will be open for the duration of the AGM meeting to receive your questions. These will be collated by the Secretary, with consolidated and written replies to be made available in due course.  Questions asked prior to the postponed AGM on the 18^th December 2024 will be included.
