Summary of the FSSB Board Meeting – Wednesday, 29 October 2025

The FSSB Board met on 29 October 2025, with seven Board members in attendance.

Key points of discussion included the following:

1. Conflict of Interest

No changes were reported by Board members.

2. AGM 2025 / Election

AGM/election announcement issued: 23 October 2025.

Nominations close: 6 November 2025, 5:00 pm.

Voting period: 24 November – 15 December 2025.

3. FSSB Website / Emails

Some members are experiencing difficulty accessing membership details.

A small minority of members are not receiving emails.

4. FSA Governance Audit

The Board considered the response to the recent FSA Governance Audit and will revert back to the FSA with that response.

5. Strategic Business Plan – Working Groups

First meetings scheduled between mid-November and mid-December.

Football Working Group meeting: 17 November 2025.

6. Main Stand External Door Replacement

Three quotes were received.

Decision made to proceed with the supply and installation of new steel doors at a cost of circa £4000.

7. FSSB Membership

The Board agreed on the need to improve member engagement and communicate membership value more effectively.

8. Financial Dashboards

The Board reviewed newly created dashboards tracking receipts, profit/expenditure, matchday income, and wage ratios.

Agreed to receive these dashboards on a quarterly basis.

9. Finance Update

Annual audit nearing completion with no alterations required.

The Board received a financial update

A discussion was held to simplify financial reports for members.
