AGM 2025 Papers
Invitations will shortly be issued to members to vote in the FSSB Annual General
Meeting on 18th December 2025 on the following resolutions:
- To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 24th March 2025
- To receive and adopt the Society and its subsidiaries’ accounts to 30th June 2025
- To approve the appointment or re-appointment of our auditors subject to an
assessment of their value for money
Online voting will remain open until each individual resolution has been duly
considered at the AGM and all final votes have been cast.
Please note that online voting to elect or approve up to three Society Board Members commenced on the 24th November 2025 and will close on 15th December 2025 at 5pm, prior to the AGM.
The formal Calling Notice for the AGM is provided below along with the agenda,
Minutes of the AGM held on 24th March 2025, the Annual Report and audited
accounts.
We recommend reading the Annual Report first, as it explains a number of
the financial figures and may answer some of your questions.
A live Q&A will form part of this AGM. For members attending online, the ”live chat” messaging function will be available throughout the meeting to receive your
questions. Questions not answered during the AGM will be collated by the
Secretary, and consolidated written replies to be made available in due course.
Questions may also be submitted in advance by emailing secretary@fssb.co.uk
Attending AGM
Pre-registration tickets for our upcoming AGM will be made available to FSSB
members between the 11th and 16th December 2025 . You may register as either an in-person attendee or an online attendee ( but not both). Verification checks will be carried out prior to the AGM to confirm that all attendees are current FSSB
members.
We request that all members joining online enter their first name and surname (no
middle names, please). For example, we cannot accept device names such as
“Rod’s iPad,” as we must be able to identify everyone attending the AGM. This is
required for good governance and is a requirement of the Northern Premier League.
Attendance in person at Starkies will be limited to 90 places due to the permitted
capacity of the room so please reserve your ticket early.
